The owner of this website and the seller of products it offers, is Presentation Perfection Pty Ltd ABN 67 450 889 207 as trustee for Madison Trust trading as BespokeBinders, known hereafter as BespokeBinders.
Your Privacy
Your personal data will be used to process your order and support your account if you created one. It is not used for any other purpose. Your personal data is acquired through https connection featuring an encrypted secure socket layer. Your personal data will be deleted 2 years after the date of your last order.
Order Cancellation
BespokeBinders accept that circumstances change unforeseeably. Accordingly, BespokeBinders invite you to email immediately you need to cancel an order:
- address to mail@bespokebinders.com.au
- subject line to read “ORDER CANCELLATION”
- email priority set to high
- body of email to include the order number AND the name of the customer; we must see a match for both
BespokeBinders cannot guarantee this will have effect as we are very quick to stamp folders & once stamped, each folder is good for sale to you alone. As a consequence, once stamped, an order cannot be cancelled. But, you are assured the inbox: mail@bespokebinders.com.au is refreshed before every stamping session & orders for which there is a cancellation email, will not be stamped and these will be refunded in full.
Product Non-delivery
If your order is not for pick-up at our factory, you will be provided an Australia Post tracking number with the order confirmation email. If delivery has not occurred within the time frame set out in the Shop page, using the tracking number, please search for the delivery status of your order at this site https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track
- If tracking reveals that delivery has not been made or attempted and the address you entered is properly constructed and 21 days have passed since the order date, then BespokeBinders will re-produce the order & re-ship it to you at no expense to you. A properly constructed address is deemed to be an address which is not corrected when presented to Google Maps. eg 5 Supreme Loop Gnangara 6065 is corrected to 5 Supreme Loop Gnangara 6077.
- If tracking reveals that delivery has been made and it can be shown that delivery was made to an address other than the address you entered, then BespokeBinders will re-produce the order & re-ship it to you at no expense to you.
Product Defect
BespokeBinders accept that errors in manufacturing & mistreatment during shipment happen from time to time. Accordingly, BespokeBinders invite you to email within 7 days of delivery to claim a defect caused either in manufacturing or during shipment:
- address to mail@bespokebinders.com.au
- subject line to read “ORDER DEFECT”
- email priority set to high
- body of email to include the order number AND the name of the customer; we must see a match for both; please include pictures that evidence the defect.
If the claim of defect is deemed by BespokeBinders as reasonable, BespokeBinders will re-produce the order & re-ship it at no expense to you.
Liability Limitation
All products are offered for sale on the condition that claims made on BespokeBinders stemming from a sale by BespokeBinders, are limited to the price of that sale.
Intellectual Property
BespokeBinders claim copyright over all content within this site.
